What are we looking for? We are looking for people who want to be a part of the church family as a volunteer. No experience needed, we give on the job training.
 
One of our challenges as a church is how to focus not on what the church needs from volunteers, but rather, what the volunteers need from the church. Here at NW Hills we want to make sure the right people are placed in the proper serving positions, well-equipped to be His servants both in heart and attitude, always focused on bringing others into a relationship with Christ. You matter to the church and it is our desire to find the perfect place for you to serve here at NW Hills by discovering the needs, gifts, talents, skills and passions that you have. The rewards you reap from your involvement will make an eternal difference.
 
Where to serve? If you have not found your place at NW Hills start by doing a spiritual gifts inventory. Click here (www.elmertowns.com/spiritual_gifts_test/) and start to understand where you excel. We encourage you to stop by the Connection Center in the foyer to pick up a Gift and Service Survey and talk with our Volunteer Coordinator, Kelly Voorhies at 681-3751 or email at kelly@nwhills.org. We will guarantee you that whatever your interests, skills, experience or knowledge is we will find the perfect place for you to serve. You will be able to lay your head on your pillow at night and say, “You know what I did today? I teamed up with God to make a change in the world”!
