Northwest Hills United Methodist Church

Worship Band:  Our Worship Band leads worship each Sunday at the 8:15 and 11:15 services.  Practices are every week on Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7:15 pm.  This group requires an audition for all vocalists and musicians, and calls for an extreme commitment to Jesus and the local church.  If you feel called to be a lead worshipper and have a lead vocal or musical gift, then this may be the place for you.

 

Adult Choir: Come be a part of our traditional vocal choir.  No experience is necessary and no audition is required.  Our Adult Choir meets each week on Tuesday evening from 7:30 to 8:30 pm and we lead worship and sing anthems each week during the 9:45 worship service.

 

Handbell Choir: Take part in our Handbell Choir.  No experience is needed and as you learn to read the music you will also be able to expand your handbell playing techniques.  This choir meets each week on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 pm and play during the worship services once a month.  Contact Ralph Hill 680-0662, or three-hills@earthlink.net.

 

Youth Choir:  Come make a joyful noise!  Yes, our Youth Choir is into upbeat Christian music and seasonal musicals.  No experience is necessary and an audition is not required.  We meet every Sunday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm (right before Youth Group).

 

Children’s Choir:  Kinder-5th. Our Incredible Kid’s Choir  meet every Wednesday as part of our Children’s Wednesday Night programming from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.  Children are divided by age group (K-2nd; 3rd-5th).  We all perform together one Sunday a month. Bible study follows choir practice.   Music and learning about Jesus is a perfect combination. 

Pre-K Choir: 3 yrs.-Pre-K. Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm with Ms. Fay in room 102 in the Education building. Bible study follows.
