Why I’m in the ministry:
As a young adult I came to faith in Christ and my life received new meaning, purpose, and value. I grew up in a good church and learned plenty of Bible stories, but somehow managed to miss the real meaning of Jesus. I want others to know the wonder of the good news of Jesus and experience the difference he makes. I try to preach and teach in a way that anyone can understand. I want to build a church where it’s hard to miss the truth.
Greatest joys in ministry:
Praying with someone as they receive Christ into their life
Watching “the lights come on” as church goers become Christ-followers
Seeing members become ministers and some even become paid staff
So many great people and good friends
